आनंदम काव्य गोष्ठी व देवमणि पाण्डेय सम्मान समारोह (23 जून 2012) प्रेमचंद सहजवाला जगदीश रावतानी की संस्था ‘आनंदम: संगीत व साहित्य’ सभा के एक विशेष कार्यक्रम में दि. 23 जून 2012 को सुपरिचित कवि गीतकार देवमणि पाण्डेय को सम्मानित किया गया. यह कार्यक्रम नई दिल्ली के हिमालय हाऊस, कस्तूरबा गाँधी मार्ग स्थिति ‘मैक्स न्यू योर्क’ के सभागार में शाम 5.30 बजे से 8.30 तक हुआ तथा सुविख्यात कवि व भारतीय ज्ञानपीठ के पूर्व सचिव बालस्वरूप राही ने इस की अध्यक्षता की. कार्यक्रम में जाने माने गीतकार व आकाशवाणी दिल्ली के स्टेशन निदेशक लक्ष्मीशंकर वाजपेयी व अवामी सहारा टी.वी. चैनल के डायरेक्टर हसन काजमी मुख्य अतिथि रहे. श्री देवमणि पाण्डेय लोकप्रिय कवि हैं जिनके दो काव्य संग्रह ‘खुशबू की लकीरें’ और ‘अपना तो मिले कोई’ प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं. उन्होंने कई फिल्मों, धारावाहिकों व एल्बमों के लिये गीत लिखे हैं. फिल्म ‘पिंजर’ के लिये लिखे उनके गीत ‘चरखा चलाती माँ...’ को वर्ष 2003 को ‘वर्ष के सर्वश्रेष्ठ गीत’ का पुरस्कार मिला था. श्री देवमणि पाण्डेय उज्बेकिस्तान की राजधानी ताशकंद में होने जा रहे विश्व हिंदी सम्मलेन में भी भाग ले रहे हैं. अध्यक्ष श्री बालस्वरूप राही ने श्री देवमणि को एक शाल व एक मोमेंटो भेंट किये जिस के बाद मुख्य अतिथियों तथा श्री बालस्वरूप राही ने श्री देवमणि की उपलब्धियों की सराहना करते हुए उन्हें हार्दिक बधाई व शुभकामनाएँ दी. सम्मान के पश्चात इस समारोह में हिंदी उर्दू के कई शायरों कवियों ने काव्यपाठ किया. अध्यक्ष बालस्वरूप राही के आग्रह पर श्री काजमी ने एक गज़ल पेश की जिसे तलत अज़ीज़ ने गया था. मतला: खुबसूरत है आँखे तेरी, रात को जागना छोड़ दे खुद ब खुद नींद आ जायेगी तू मुझे सोचना छोड़ दे. देवमणी पाण्डेय ने भी अपनी कुछ गजलें प्रस्तुत की. मतला: क्या पता था इश्क अपना हादसा हो जाएगा देखते रह जायेंगे हम तू जुदा हो जाएगा अन्य शायरों में दर्द देहलवी मजाज अमरोहवी वीरेंद्र कमर अजय अक्स आदि थे. कुछ शेर: जीने के हालात नहीं, मरना बस की बात नहीं (दर्द देहलवी) वो क्या समझे परेशानी किसीकी, जिसे कोई परेशानी नहीं है (सैफ सहरी) आप भी महफ़िल में हमको यूँ ही रुसवा करते हो हम तोहीने महफ़िल है तो महफ़िल से उठ जाए क्या (अजय अक्स). श्री बालस्वरूप राही ने अध्यक्षीय भाषण में श्री देवमणि पाण्डेय की प्रशंसी की व उन्हें बधाई व शुभकामना दी. उन्होंने अपनी एक गज़ल सुना कर सभागार को भावविभोर कर दिया: पहचान अगर बन न सकी तेरी तो क्या गम , कितने ही सितारों का कोई नाम नहीं है . ये शुक्र मना इतना तो इन्साफ हुआ है , तुझ पर ही तेरे क़त्ल का इलज़ाम नहीं  कार्यक्रम का संचालन करते हुए श्री जगदीश रावतानी ने अपनी एक गज़ल प्रस्तुत की. एक शेर: जब तल्क तुझ में अना है कौन चाहेगा तुझे बन के छोटा देख तू सबसे बड़ा हो जाएगा अंत में श्री अनिल वर्मा मीत ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन दिया.

BAL UTSAV

BAL UTSAVb> Sindhi Academy had conducted workshops in the different parts of Delhi for children in the summer vacation. Twenty four Groups were taught Singing, Dance and Drama.The training was imparted by renowned Directors. After attending the workshop all the children gave performances in the Shriram Center, Mandi House from 11th June to 14th June 2012. Function was named as Bal Utsav. The beautifully rendered performances justified the name. Every one who attended the show was spell bound and thrilled to see the excellent talent in the children. Performances comprised of five plays, ten dance dramas and nine singing items. . The Function was inaugurated by Smt Sheela Dixit, Chief Minister, Delhi. Dr Kiran Walia the Social Welfare, Women, Child Development and Language Minister was also present. Jagdish Rawtani compered the program all the four days. Ms Bhagya Mishra Secretary of Academy expressed her gratitudes to audience and her entire team for making the program extremely successful. Dr M.K. Jaitely Vice Chairman of the Academy was having all the praises for the secretary of the Academy. She deserves also as Sindhi Academy is very active specially after Madam Bhagya took over the charge as Secretary. All the very best to her and hope to see such marvelous performances in future also.

हमें दिल टूटने का गम नहीं है, मगर ये हादसा कुछ कम नहीं है

नई दि‍ल्‍ली : जगदीश रावतानी की संस्था ‘आनंदम संगीत व साहित्य सभा’ की मासिक गोष्ठी नई दिल्ली स्थित हिमालय हाऊस के मैक्स न्यूयार्क सभागार में. 14 मई, 2012 को आयोजि‍त की गयी। इसमें दर्द देहलवी, साज़ देहलवी, सरफराज़ देहलवी, मजाज अमरोहवी, मासूम गाजियाबादी, जमील हापुडी, नौशाद ‘समर’, इरफ़ान ग़ालिब, डॉ. अशोक ‘मधुप’, रूपा सिंह, पूजा प्रजापति, भूपेंद्र कुमार शोभना ‘शुभी’, नागेश चन्द्र, वेदप्रकाश, वीरेंद्र कमर आदि‍ कवियों और शायरों ने हिस्सा लिया। गोष्ठी की अध्यक्षता प्रसिद्ध शायर नाज़ सिकंदाराबादी ने की। मासूम गाजियाबादी का एक शेर- हिफाज़त चरागों की और दामनों से वो अंजाम शायद नहीं जानते हैं। गज़ल का रंग जम जाए तो वाह वाह के स्वर गूँज उठते हैं, जैसे मजाज अमरोहवी का यह शेर- जीने के आरज़ू ने तो मरने नहीं दिया पर ज़िन्‍दगी से हाथ मिलाने के दिन गये। साज़ देहलवी उर्दू के अपने उम्दा रंग में नज़र आये- जगाओ ना अभी मुन्कर नाकीरो* मैं लौटा हूँ थका हारा सफर से। (* मुन्कर नकीर दो फ़रिश्ते हैं जो मरने के बाद कब्र में आ कर मरहूम से नाम आदि पूछते हैं)। दर्द देहलवी- आ कर तू इंतज़ार की शिद्दत तो देख ले मेरी नज़र की गर्मी मिलेगी किवाड में। आदेश त्यागी- छूटी खुदी और मुझ को खुदा आ गया नज़र ये शायरी से क्या मुझे इरफ़ान हो गया। डॉ. अशोक मधुप ‘आनंदम’ की गोष्ठी में पहली बार आए थे और उन्होंने एक शानदार गज़ल पेश की- आग दिल में लगी किस कदर देखिये जल गया है मेरा घर का घर देखिये हकपरास्तों का मैं राहबर था कभी आज नेज़े पे है मेरा सर देखिये। इरफ़ान ग़ालिब- अज़ीज़ भाई खफा सा दिखाई देता है मेरे ही खून का प्यासा दिखाई देता है उरूज़े-तिश्नगी या है फरेबे-हुस्ने-नज़र क्यों रेगज़ार भी दरिया दिखाई देता है। वीरेंद्र ‘कमर’- हमें दिल टूटने का गम नहीं है मगर ये हादसा कुछ कम नहीं है अता कुछ और कर ज़ख्मों की दौलत अभी दामन हमारा नम नहीं है। कवयित्री शोभना ‘शुभी’ ने सशक्त कविता पेश की- जिन आखों की तारीफ़ में उन्होंने कसीदे पढ़ दिए/ न रहें खाली यह सोच कर आँसू भर दिए… पूजा प्रजापति- कितना अच्छा होता जो दिल ना बनाता खुदा/तो ना शिकवा होता ना शिकायत ना कोई होता खुदा… रूपा सिंह- धूप धधकती कौंधती खिलखिलाती/अंधेरों को चीरती रौशन करती/… मेरी उम्र भी एक धूप थी… नागेश चन्द्र- और नहीं कुछ भी मन में/ आ जाओ तुम जीवन में भूपेन्द्र कुमार- सच्चे मानव के हाथों में पड़ती देखी हथकड़ियाँ क्यों भ्रष्टाचारी की गर्दन का फंदा ढीला ढाला है। ‘आनंदम’ संस्थापक अध्यक्ष जगदीश रावतानी ने अपने किसी मरहूम दोस्त को श्रद्धांजलि देते हुए एक मार्मिक कविता पढ़ी। गोष्ठी के अंत उन्‍होंने सभी उपस्थित कवियों-शायरों का धन्यवाद कि‍या। गोष्ठी का संचालन वीरेंद्र ‘कमर’ ने किया। प्रस्‍तुति‍ : प्रेमचंद सहजवाला

Brief Report on Inaugural of Anandam School Jagdish Rawtani opened a branch of Anandam Music School in New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 15the April 2012. Puja was performed by Pandit Bhardwaj. SDO, Electricity Board , Gurgaon was one of the special guests along with Sh. Naval Kisher Mallick, Renowned Vocalist and Sh. Bhaskar Jha, young talented Vocalist . Sh Rishi Raj Rana , Councilor of the area deputed his brother Ram Avtar Rana to inaugurate the School since he himself was busy with election activities in Delhi. All the aforementioned personalities were honored by presenting to them a SHAWL and a trophy. Pandit Mallik, Sh. Bhaskar Jha, Sh Nitish Mallick and Mrs sumitra Dutta rendered some Bhajans/Songs, which were rejoiced by all the present guests there. Some photographs for all the friends to see, please.

ANNA HAZARE'S right hand man Arvind Kejriwal has thrown a bomb shell in the parliament which has hurt many a politicians. According to him there are 162 tainted MPs in the parliament against whom serious criminal charges are pending in the court of law.

The Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi has aggressively responded, "Just because Parliament may not fully assert the right to privilege does not mean you can call Parliamentarians criminals and goondas." Shard Yadav, a one time ardent supporter of the Anna movement was also seen terribly disturbed and violently angry over the comments in question.
Even BJP's accomplished leader Sushmaji also expressed anguish on the issue. So at least for now you can't say that the Anna Movement is supported by BJP/RSS. Arvind kejriwal is not a school going kid. If he has given this sparking statement in the public he must be having some substance or ample proof to prove his point. It is quite understandable to politicians also and this very understanding will not allow our intelligent netaas to take any serious action against the Anna Hasare team boy.
Having said that it is very unfortunate for the whole country to find the brazen corruption level increasing by leaps and bounds. Almost every week one big scam is reported by the ever-alert media. These billion and trillion rupee scams are not happening by chance or without active support from the black politicians clad in white robe. Kejriwal is courageously bold to say that the dangerous state of corruption is eating into our economy and making life miserable for aam aadmi.
All are aware about the root cause of corruption. All know who is responsible for common man's apathy but they have no voice and that is the reason why Anna and his party get a lot of support from the sufferering janta. The common man finds his hero in Anna or any of his team mate. Government tries its level best to puncture the sprit of these activists by leveling charges against them or adopting some other unethical tactics to pull them down. Many a time they also succeed.
It's a sad commentary that corruption is spreading like an epidemic in every department whether small or big. It has become a sort of a vicious circle. Go to any small Government Department and you find good number of employees spreading their begging bowls in front of you. Big reputed organizations are not left behind.
General V.P. Singh has jolted many of us by giving the statement in public that he was offered fourteen crores as bribe. We should by now actually have been shock proof. Long back Bofors happened. But our memory is not long lasting. To add salt to the injury is an unimaginable and disturbing increase in the quantum involved in the corruption involved scandles. An year back we heard about Rs.1,60,000 crore 2G scam and now Rs10,00,000/- coal scam is giving us shivers down our spine. Where are we heading? What does tomorrow hold for the next generation?
Kejriwal has spoken about something that we also know but never dare open our mouth fearing dangerous consequences. If Kejriwal is punished for speaking the bitter truth then all who are in the know should also be punished because if the system continues functioning in this disgusting fashion many Kajriwals will be born in the near future under compulsion. Recently, a survey revealed that personal properties of MPs have been multiplying.
Where is this money coming from? It is our hard-earned money that fills the big pockets of awfully corrupt politicians. There is still hope since all politicians are not corrupt. Even if we go by the statistics of Arvind Kejrival there are 162 parliamentarians charged with criminal cases but the rest can be considered, by some imagination, honest. These parliamentarians should come in support of an unprecedented crusade against corruption if they real want to save this country from the clutches of vultures.

Holi Milan organized by Sindhi Academy

Sindhi Academy organized colourful Holi Milan on 4th March at Delhi Hatt, INA. On the occasion Hasya Kavita Samelen was conducted and enjoyed by audience. Participants were Laxman Bhatia "Komal" Veena Shringi , Jagdish Rawtani,, Meghraj Gurnani , Dr Ravi Prakash ,Leela Mamtani, Meera Hingorani, Shalini Sagar, Harish Padnani, Vandana Daanvani, The Samelen was compered by Balu Chauthani. Another program of Stand Up Comedy was also appreciated . The artists participated were Parmaanand Pyaasi, Ramesh Rajpal, Shankar Mulwani. These two beautiful programs were followed by enthusiastic dance by one and all & of course delicious lunch. All had good fun hearty laugh and rejuvenating dance .Bhagya Mishra & Jaitely Saheb expressed sincere thanks to all who attended the function and showered greetings .
